I noticed when using the CODE tags they don't work quite right. First, they don't preview properly, and then when you submit the message it says CODE: Select All.

Is this normal?

Good question. I tried previewing with a CODE tag and it seemed to work alright. What's the behavior you notice? It seems the Select All is just a convenience link that uses javascript to highlight the entire contents of the CODE tag. This is our first try with phpBB, so it might just be how phpBB works, or it might be that we've configured something incorrectly.

On every other forum, previewing code tags shows the formatting as it would be in a real post. On this forum it shows it with the brackets, like it has not formatted it yet. Just different from the norm.
