This likely occurred because you either deleted the network profile or you stored the network profile in a location that is currently inaccessible, such as an external hard drive that's currently powered down.
In the event you cannot find this profile, you should get in touch with the network host and ask for another copy. If you are the network host, you should create the network again and make sure to save the network profile to a reliable location.
